The centre was established in 1982 by Heather and Don Burton. Their aim was to promote naturally healthy living and provide opportunities for people to learn how they can take more responsibility for their own health.

The hall was built in 1931 and has been hosting village events and activities for nearly 90 years.
Snitterfield Village Hall is in the heart of the community and the day to day running of the hall is under the care of the management committee. This is a volunteer committee who maintain the fabric of the building on behalf of the Parish Council through the hiring of facilities and fundraising.
The aim of the committee is to create a welcoming community centre for all members of the village and other users of the facilities.
